In Bambarol we offer a Mediterranean cuisine open to other recipes in the world, their products and their techniques. Recovering the Catalan gastronomic wealth of grandmothers and mothers, we want to honor those who have raised us from childhood, savoring the variety of Catalan recipes.

Our cuisine is seasonal and we try to get the most out of products, while adapting them to the beat that mark the cycles of nature.

We use modern techniques to optimize the outcome of our dishes, keeping the maximum organoleptic qualities. We acquired this knowledge over the 15 years career, working in some of the best restaurants in the world, and pursuing higher studies in dietetics and nutrition.

In Bambarol we want food, besides a need, to be a special occasion to share experiences and flavors, offering a relaxed atmosphere and a friendly service to our customers.
